2017 Membership Benefits
Southern Region BASH (Backpack And Supplies Handout): Our premier event will be held on August 5, 2017. This event is free to the public and draws 1000+ participant. Our goal is to help families get their children ready to go back to school. The backpacks and supplies are a good start but there is so much more. Community Businesses share information on how to stretch the families clothing budget, afterschool activities, healthcare options, healthy snack ideas, and everyday savings opportunities. BASH Supporter Package: Place your promotional material in the hands of every family that attends our 2017 BASH event. Provide an advertising insert, not to exceed 8 ½ X 11 inches, and we will put iit in the tote bags given to all adults at the BASH.
*Discount Card: Southern Region will produce a discount card with offers from Community Business PTA members wishing to participate. These cards will be given to our 2500+ members in southern Illinois region. Offers may be for services or product. PTA members will present their membership card and discount card to the community business PTA member to receive the offer.
membership cards will be valid August 2017 – July 2018. Community Business Members signing up after July 1, 2017 will be included on the August 2018 – July 2019 discount card.
Southern Region Membership Page: The Southern Region will maintain a webpage. This web page will display the logo of all Titanium members with a link. For all other members, name and link will be included on the page. A link from Southern Region main webpage to a listing of all our community partners will be prominently displayed.
Window Decal: Community Business PTA members will receive an Illinois PTA – Southern Region window decal identifying them as a Proud Supporter of Illinois PTA (year).
